Return&Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at idealsway. We are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return the item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time within 2 days of placing the order. If you cancel the order within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. 

Returns (if applicable):
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

Please note that customized or personalized items are not entitled to a 14-day refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund (if applicable):
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you a delivery notification. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If the return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as it may take some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@idealsway.com.

Product Return Requirements:

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product to the address below. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  • The merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories, and embellishments fully intact.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receiving the item.
